My passion for photography started several years
ago. It began when my son started doing those crazy
things that all boys do. I wanted to have pictures of all
those things for him when he got older. So out came
dad with camera in hand. As time passed, it became
clear that the camera I had was not good enough.
So I went out and bought a nicer one. As time passed
I discovered that camera also wasn't going to be
good enough. So back to the store I go, to buy yet
another new camera. I'm sure you can see
where this is going. I went through several more cameras
over the next couple years. I quickly realized I would
not be happy with anything less than a professional SLR.
W e all go out and buy things and then later think why did
I do that, it was a waste of money. I must say this is the
one thing I have bought that I have been very
happy with. I have spent many days dreaming of my
hobbie becoming more than just a hobbie. However,
it has taken some convincing of
family and friends but I have
started taking jobs as a photographer.

The equipment I use is always growing, slowly mind you.
But
whenever I can, birthdays and such I am always
looking for new photographic equipment of some sort.
The one thing that stays the same is my camera. It is
a Canon EOS D60. It is a digital SLR 6.3 megapixel .

I use a IBM 1 gig compact flash micro drive.

Below are some quotes I enjoy.

If it where that easy,
everyone would do it.

I think you can take good photographs
with any camera, it's just how you look
at things that make them significant.

When you find something you enjoy doing,
success comes naturally.
